IF YOU WANT TO CATALOGUE YOUR VARIOUS PIECES OF CLIP ART YOU CAN PUT A BACKGROUND OR CARD FIELD ON YOUR CLIP ART CARD(S). I USE A SCROLLING FIELD. I THEN ENTER ALL THE VARIOUS THINGS FOUND ON THE PAGE AND THEN HIDE THE FIELD! WHEN I USE COMMAND/F TO SEARCH FOR THE ART I AM LOOKING FOR IT WILL TAKE ME TO THE CARD- WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE UP ANY ROOM ON THE CARD FOR THE FIELD. FOR EXAMPLE:
THIS CARD HAS A HIDDEN CARD FIELD...CARD FIELD 1...IF YOU USE THE RETURN TO BEGINNING OF SECTION BUTTON-FOUND TO THE LEFT OF THE MOUSEUP! LOGO- AND THEN FIND (COMMAND/F) THE NAME OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS DISK AND THE WALKMAN‚Ñ¢ IT WILL RETURN TO THE PAGE. (IF I SPELLED THE NAME THE WORD WOULD BE VISIBLE IN THIS FIELD AND THE DEMONSTRATION POINTLESS.)
THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN MAKE A PIECE OF ART WORK "FLASH."
ONE IS THE WAY USED AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS SECTION. THE FIRST CARD AND THE SECOND CARD IN THIS SECTION-NOT THIS STACK- ARE IDENTICAL: EXCEPT FOR THE ELEMENT WHICH I WANTED TO 'FLASH' WHEN THE CARD IS FIRST OPENED EACH DAY. THIS IS "INVERTED" ON CARD TWO.
